Delivery & Pickups

Yes, we do! At this stage, we deliver to Auckland Metro areas only. Click here to read more about our delivery,

We cannot guarantee the time of delivery but we will try to accommodate orders with specific time requirement.

For deliveries to Eastern, West Auckland, and South Auckland suburbs, delivery will most likely be in the early afternoon to late afternoon. Outer suburbs will most likely be early evenings. If wanting to serve the cupcakes/cakes in the morning, we suggest to order them for delivery the day before. Of course fresh is best, but they will keep with proper care and storage.

You can see our delivery fees here. Note that delivery fees are subject to change.

We currently do delivery service only.  But please visit again to see when our pick-up service resumes.

Keep the box on the flattest space in the car like the floor of your car with the air conditioning on. The floor is the flattest and most stable part of the car. Try to avoid putting it on the seat especially if the seat is not flat.

Take extra care when driving and be gentle on going on speed bumps and when turning. Avoid sudden stops and turns.

When carrying the box, make sure you carry it level.

Payments

Payment in full is required upon ordering. This is to ensure that your order is confirmed and we book the order in our baking and collection/delivery schedules.

We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard) payments and direct transfer.  Credit card payments can be made over the phone too.

Style & requests

We can do something similar but please note that all our cupcakes and cakes are hand crafted. So no cupcakes/cakes will be exactly the same. Decorations are also based on availability. See our Terms & Conditions regarding artistic style disclaimer.

We do not write on cupcakes directly.  “Happy Birthday” chocolate discs are available for purchase if you like to include it with your order of Bloom Cupcakes.

Yes, we hire out acrylic cupcake towers. They can be easily assembled up to 7-tier high.

See our cupcake towers here.

Ingredients

Well of course! If we did not bake fresh daily, we would be going against one of our core values. So YES, we absolutely bake fresh daily. Fresh is best!

If your order for pick up or delivery is for the day before the day you intend to serve/eat the cupcakes, they keep when stored properly. Store in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Preferably, placed them in an airtight container. But fresh is best of course!

We are different here because we actually do what we preach. We use real fruits and purees, Belgian Callebaut chocolates and high grade chocolate decorettes, and the list goes on.

We do not want our customers biting into a pretty cupcake only to be disappointed by an artificial taste. That is not what we are about. We want you to be able to taste the flavour of a Bloom Cupcake and enjoy each bite, leaving you wanting more. We want to take you to a happy place with each Bloom Cupcake bite and make those ooooohhhhh, aaaahhhhhh, yuuuuummmm sounds. Trust us, we get these sounds at our shop all the time.

There are cupcake flavours that we make that have no direct nut and/or gluten free ingredients in them. However, we work in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, and other baking ingredients that may be allergens to some people. Although we try our best not to cross contaminate, we do not classify our kitchen a nut or gluten-free environment.

If you have a severe allergies to nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common baking ingredients, we suggest you take caution and do not consume our products.

Customer care & satisfaction

Cupcakes
You can store our cupcakes in an airtight container, in a cool place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate them as the fridge sucks the moisture from the cupcakes.  If stored properly, they should keep for up to 3 days.  But again, fresh is best!

Freezing is another option.  Cupcakes freeze well in an airtight container. Before serving, take out the container from the freezer and leave the cupcakes in the container to thaw.

Cakes
In colder days, you can store your cake at room temperature. However, in hotter, humid days, store your cake in a refrigerator.  Take out from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature before serving (otherwise the cake may still be hard). Make sure your cake is always placed on a flat surface and out of the sun or hot environments. To remove the cake from the box, cut the sides of the box and slide the cake out. If you wish to lift the cake out, make sure you lift from beneath the cake and not from the edges of the cake board.

If you have had a great experience, we ask that you share them! We love hearing from you and it would also help other people who are looking for the BEST cupcakes to find us.

We treat feedback, good or bad, very very very seriously. We are only humans and are not perfect but we sure try to provide the best service and products as possible. For us to get better at we do and to ensure we are meeting expectations, feel free to either call us on 09 950 6775 or email us directly. By all means you can post up your feedback on various social media or restaurant listing sites but we do definitely try our hardest to resolve every single issue to the best our ability.
