We combine fun, quirkiness, and adventure to invent new & unique cupcake creations. We then choose one flavour each week, to feature in store each Saturday. We’ve called this SaturYAY!
Our take on the Bombe Alaska consist of our vanilla bean cupcake, cored and filled with raspberry coulis which has the right tanginess to balance the different layered components of this dessert. We frost the cupcake with strawberry infused buttercream, cover the buttercream frosting and then toast the meringue using a torch.
