We combine fun, quirkiness, and adventure to invent new & unique cupcake creations. We then choose one flavour each week, to feature in store each Saturday. We’ve called this SaturYAY!
Another all time favourite of ours is a good creme brulee, so we were inspired to turn this into a cupcake. This was not an easy one. Usually creme brulee is made and served in a ramekin, which holds it together. We had to find a way to have the creme brulee on the cupcake hold its shape, on its own. After a lot of creative thinking, planning, and fun experiments… mission accomplished!
