Our tall mallow puff cupcake version. Starting with a Chocolate cupcake cored and filled with strawberry coulis. Generously topped with Swiss Meringue frosting. Then dipped into a thick strawberry white chocolate dip covering the whole frosting. This is a great combination of dark chocolate cake, cloud-like frosting and the crunch of the cooled strawberry chocolate coating.
